Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a Program Manager IV to lead transformational enterprise initiatives optimizing healthcare operations. You will direct matrixed teams, drive program planning, and deliver executive-level updates to guide cross-functional discussions.

Required 8+ years in program or project management with strong MS Office and project management tool skills; healthcare experience preferred. This role is fully remote and offers a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large projects; supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools.
• Healthcare experience and/or managed care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale, cross functional projects for implementation or process improvement.
• Oversee program planning, management, and execution (scope, schedule, budget).
• Create comprehensive timelines and ensure deliverables are maintained.
• Coordinate work of project managers/business analysts across teams.
• Create dashboards for executive updates and post-implementation analytics.
• Deliver training materials and collaborate with training teams.
• Prepare documents for Program Steering Committees for the Executive team.
• Proactively manage risk, budget/forecast, dependencies; conduct strategic analyses.
• Serve as escalation point for issues and risks and communicate solutions.
