Hallmark Health Care Solutions, Inc is seeking a Support Specialist to assist vendors and clients with technology-related questions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate day-to-day support. This remote, full-time role reports to Maria Daigneau and offers a compensation range of $53,000 to $58,000 per year.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of healthcare technology experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with ticketing or CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of healthcare technology experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Office Suite experience preferred.
• Experience with ticketing/CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira).
• Previous work-from-home experience.
• Strong customer service skills with stakeholders and leadership.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain tech to non-technical audiences.
• High school diploma required.

Responsabilités

• Assist vendors and clients with technology questions via email and virtual meetings.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve support inquiries; identify root causes and next steps.
• Manage day-to-day support: track requests, follow up, document accurately.
• Escalate to leadership for vendor/client issues as needed.
• Assist with technology projects based on client requests.
• Attend training and product update sessions and translate learnings for clients.
• Work in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment.
