Job summary

Hippocratic AI is seeking an Implementation Manager for Payors to deploy our voice AI platform for health plans. You will translate contracts into go-live programs, configure deployments, and coordinate with health plan operations and IT to ensure data quality and timely rollouts.

Remote role with 25–40% travel to client sites and occasional travel to Palo Alto headquarters. Requires 5+ years in health-plan implementations and strong stakeholder management to scale deployments across plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of implementation, onboarding, or professional services experience with health plans or managed care.
• Deep fluency in health plan operations—population health, care management, Stars/HEDIS, utilization management.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder deployments with 60–120 day timelines.
• Hands-on experience with health plan member data—eligibility files, risk stratification outputs, care gap lists.
• Familiarity with health plan IT environments and vendor onboarding including security questionnaires and BAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own use case deployments end-to-end from contract to go-live as primary project lead.
• Build and maintain Implementation Charters documenting timeline, configuration decisions, data requirements, go-live checklists, and sign-off criteria.
• Configure use cases for deployment including dialer setup, agent configuration, population filters, exclusion rules, call cadence, and routing logic.
• Coordinate with health plan data and IT teams to define, validate, and onboard member data files ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Manage cross-team alignment with population health, care management, clinical operations, Stars/HEDIS, IT, and vendor management to hit go-live timelines.
• Define and refine HAI's standard onboarding process and build reusable playbooks/templates for faster deployments.
