Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in business development or sales within healthcare.
• Proven track record closing new logo business via outbound prospecting.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication with healthcare decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, virtual meetings).
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Deliver pricing, proposals, and ROI business cases.
• Lead live and virtual product demonstrations of HSC, DDC solutions (Secure Connect, Picasso).
• Negotiate terms and collaborate on pricing and approvals.
