Tews Company is seeking a Healthcare Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles from a fully remote location. The position offers hourly pay up to $36/hour, depending on experience, and requires a headhunter mentality to drive results.

You will partner with managers to define staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and guide candidates through interviews and offers while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; healthcare recruiting experience strongly desired.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems and recruiting metrics.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and influence hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical positions, from intake through placement and start date.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, guiding on availability, compensation, timelines, and market trends.
• Develop targeted sourcing via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Screen candidates, evaluate qualifications, present recommendations, and coordinate interviews and offers.
• Manage multiple open requisitions while meeting SLAs and hiring goals.
• Provide pipeline updates and interview feedback to hiring managers and candidates.
• Use ATS/CRM tools to manage candidate workflows and track recruiting metrics.
• Identify recruiting challenges and adjust strategies based on market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while delivering a positive candidate/hiring manager experience.
