Job summary

Tews Company is seeking a Healthcare Recruiting Specialist to join on a contract basis. This fully remote role targets Florida candidates and focuses on high-volume screening and placement of RNs, CMAs, and clinical professionals.

You'll conduct phone screens, review resumes, evaluate experience and compensation expectations, and partner with hiring managers to fill multiple openings quickly while maintaining candidate quality and experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred, especially with RNs/CMAs.
• Experience handling high-volume recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Florida residency required (remote role).

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume phone screens with healthcare candidates.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Assess candidates' experience, qualifications, availability, and compensation.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the process.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define openings.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage multiple openings and candidate pipelines in a fast-paced way.
• Follow up with candidates and managers to keep searches moving.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.
