• Clear communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with a caring approach to customer service, especially for older adults.
• Integrity, dependable attendance, adaptability, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, possible holidays, and occasional overtime.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume incoming calls, assess customer needs, and explain relevant products and services with professionalism, patience, and care.
• Navigate multiple systems to gather and document customer information.
• Use sound judgment to resolve concerns on the first call when possible, following company policies and client guidelines, and escalate issues when needed.
• Meet service quality, productivity, and attendance expectations while adapting to change and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
