Allina Health is seeking a part-time HCH Clinical Team Assistant in Minneapolis to support hospice administration. The role includes scheduling coverage, data management, and customer service duties, with onsite onboarding and potential transition to remote work after orientation.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED. Associate's or vocational degree or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Healthcare/home care and/or hospice experience is desirable (0–2 years).
Strong customer service, office, and computer skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

Staffs all assigned schedules with appropriate personnel and updates changes daily.
Handles office support tasks, responds to calls, and manages reports and data.
May coordinate new employee orientation, onboarding, and supply training duties.
May process charts, orders, labs, and interdisciplinary team meeting information.
Fields patient/family calls and routes to the right team to facilitate admissions and visits.
