Job summary

Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Hardware Project Manager to coordinate all aspects of client project delivery from inception to installation. Frequent travel to client sites is expected, with 80–85% travel and substantial coordination with sales and cross-functional teams.

The role requires a strong PM background, knowledge of construction, electrical and safety standards, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, field customer service, construction management, architecture, or engineering.
• General knowledge of construction and electrical codes and government radiation regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have strong customer service acumen.
• PM training and certification is desired.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversees schedules and revenue forecasting to ensure goal attainment.
• Reviews purchase orders noting any unusual service requirements and follow up with appropriate function.
• Meets with customers/customers contractors and perform site visits and help the customer prepare their facility for a successful and efficient installation.
• Monitors customer facility preparation and coordinate equipment shipment schedules to ensure timely and effective installation and commissioning of equipment.
• Provide reports indicating installation activities and analyzing schedules.
• Lends expertise to internal teams and task forces.
• Works across practices to share lessons learned and best practices.
