Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, healthcare administration, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of business analysis, requirements management, or related experience in healthcare/Medicaid.
• Foundational understanding of requirements documentation, stakeholder communication, and lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Organize, document, update, and maintain requirements through the project life cycle.
• Elicit and analyze business needs, processes, and stakeholder expectations.
• Document requirements using project templates and maintain traceability.
• Define clear acceptance criteria for design, development, and testing.
• Track decisions, issues, and changes; support reviews and demos.
