Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Foundational understanding of business analysis practices, requirements documentation, stakeholder communication, process analysis, and solution delivery life cycles.
• Experience writing clear, organized requirements, meeting notes, actions, decisions, and supporting documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supports requirements management activities throughout the project life cycle.
• Assists in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business needs and stakeholder expectations.
• Documents requirements using approved templates, tools, and standards and maintains traceability.
• Defines clear, measurable acceptance criteria for design, development, testing, and reviews.
• Maintains requirements status, decisions, risks, issues, and supporting evidence in an audit-ready manner.
• Supports alignment between requirements, process flows, design documentation, test scenarios, and training materials.
• Escalates gaps, conflicts, or downstream impacts to senior team members for resolution.
• Contributes to documentation quality with naming conventions, version control, and repository guidelines.
• Develops BA skills through participation in activities and stakeholder meetings.
