You will work with hospitals and stakeholders, handling inbound/outbound calls, adhering to HIPAA/TCPA rules, and ensuring proper statements and dispute resolution as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of healthcare collections experience with patients.
• Minimum one year of experience with Epic software.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to arrange debt repayment per guidelines.
• Record updates on accounts and use patient financial information.
• Understand HIPAA and TCPA guidelines during calls.
• Make outbound calls when required.
• Escalate disputes to a supervisor as needed.
