Job summary

Remote is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to advance our national sales efforts targeting small and medium-sized independent primary care practices interested in value-based care contracts. Your focus will be to set qualified meetings for the outbound team and support activities remotely.

In quieter periods, you’ll provide executive support to sales leadership, assisting with presentations, collateral, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare or health-tech terms and VBC contracting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outbound outreach to primary care leaders and decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings.
• Provide remote logistical support to the sales team.
• Use CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads.
• Assist with executive reporting and presentation updates.
• Prepare sales presentations and maintain collateral.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow-ups.
• Track key sales metrics and support reporting.
• Provide general administrative support to sales executives.
