Old Mission Advanced Care is seeking a Dispatcher — Routing & Field Scheduling (Remote) to transform care plans into efficient, drivable days. You will publish routes, manage the exception queue in real time, and coordinate with clinicians to meet 24–48 hour patient needs while handling bilingual calls.

The role requires experience with route-optimization platforms, strong English/Spanish communication, and 2+ years in dispatch or home-health scheduling.

Qualificações

• Experience running a route-optimization platform in live operations.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required for emergency and scheduling calls.
• 2+ years in dispatch, scheduling or home-health operations.
• Calm, precise communication under time pressure with maps and spreadsheets.
• Home-health or field-clinician scheduling is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and publish next-day routes for every active pod with standing windows.
• Own the real-time exception queue: re-sequence, swap, escalate.
• Slot acute referrals within 24–48 hours prioritizing patient care.
• Maintain pods in the routing platform and report weekly metrics.
• Handle member calls (reschedules, delays) in English and Spanish.
