Job summary

AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate regional delivery routes and schedules for multiple branches. You will document patient communication in IT systems and optimize staff productivity by assigning the right number of deliveries per technician.

You will develop knowledge of current home medical equipment products, services, and regulations while ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. The role emphasizes remarkable customer care and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year work experience in health care admin, billing, claims, or customer service.
• Senior level requires 2 years of related experience and 1 year in a Medicare certified HME/Pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Create efficient routes for each Medical Equipment Technician to meet delivery windows.
• Maintain knowledge of HME products, services, and applicable regulations.
• Clear routes daily with delivery technicians to ensure all stops are completed.
• Screen and resolve ticket issues with management or order creators.
• Communicate delivery details with patients, technicians, and couriers to ensure accuracy.
