Job summary

Apria Healthcare is seeking a Dispatcher – Non CMV to provide exceptional customer service to patients and providers, route and dispatch deliveries, and support field teams. The role emphasizes problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and a patient-centric approach to care.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics, a valid driver’s license, and completed the company’s Driver Training Program. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of logistics related work experience.
• Minimum of three years driving history.
• Must be at least 21 years of age at time of hire.
• Successful completion of Apria Healthcare's Driver Training Program.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet DOT and FDA standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and product information to patients and providers.
• Assist in solving problems and routing dispatches to drivers.
• Route and dispatch for deliveries in a timely, efficient manner.
• Schedule daily deliveries and pickups by geographic area.
• Monitor driver progress and address issues impacting routes.
• Maintain route maintenance data and review logistics reports for efficiency.
