Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a QA Specialist to oversee the review process, ensuring complete and accurate physician reports by customer deadlines. The role involves communicating with clients, reviewers, and management to maintain high-quality outputs and adherence to patient- and jurisdiction-related standards.

You will collaborate with physicians and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, provide feedback on report quality, and help drive process improvements across the QA workflow.

Qualifications

• Present exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines.
• Ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Computer literacy and typing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular report status updates to the client and ensure client requirements are met.
• Coordinate with physicians and office staff to ensure on-time delivery of reports.
• Review reports for data accuracy, spelling, grammar, and client-specific formatting.
• Support process improvements and communicate quality issues with leadership.
