Dane Street is seeking a QA Specialist to ensure timely, complete reports by the customer-requested due date. The role coordinates with customers, reviewers, and management to uphold clinical accuracy and client requirements.

You will work to improve Dane Street processes, delivering high-quality reports and maintaining a positive, client-focused work environment that supports satisfaction and results.

Qualifications

• Present exceptional communication skills with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and meet deadlines.
• Proficient computer literacy and typing skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide regular report status updates to the client.
• Evaluate report quality against client standards and clinical rationale.
• Clarify ambiguous report questions with clients.
• Distribute final report back to client according to requirements.
• Receive, coordinate & execute clarification/addendum requests.
• Participate in calls or meetings with clients when needed.
• Follow up with client for missing information.
• Review physician reports for data accuracy and state requirements.
• Ensure report format and client-specific requirements are met.
• Improve processes to shorten turnaround times and boost satisfaction.
