Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture.
• 10+ years in healthcare construction project management.
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams and strong leadership.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools; drive process improvements.
• Strong financial acumen with project budgets and reporting.
• Excellent client management and long-term relationships.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives and scope.
• Develop and implement PM strategies and improve efficiency.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver on time and on budget.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration locally and globally.
• Promote inclusivity and wellbeing within the team.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with BD team.
• Drive a sales culture within the PDS team and lead cross-selling meetings.
• Develop client pursuit strategies, pitches, and secure new business.
