Employee Relations Associates, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to lead a remote healthcare reimbursement operations team, supporting a large-scale annual benefits reverification program.

The ideal candidate will oversee Supervisors and Team Leads, ensuring productivity, quality, and SLA adherence, while partnering with senior leadership on staffing, training, and operational execution.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of supervisory or management experience in healthcare reimbursement, medical insurance, or related environment.
• Remote workforce leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of benefits verification/investigation and healthcare reimbursement processes.
• Understanding of medical insurance terminology, billing and coding, payer requirements, appeals, and reimbursement challenges.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid structures and reimbursement processes.

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a large remote healthcare reimbursement team.
• Coach Supervisors and Team Leads responsible for seasonal reimbursement staff.
• Ensure teams meet productivity, quality, customer service, and SLA expectations.
• Partner with senior leadership on staffing, training, and program execution for reverification initiatives.
• Support recruiting and onboarding to staff seasonal program demands.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide reporting on KPIs.
• Collaborate with operations, training, client services, and leadership for program delivery.
