Nextech is seeking an Implementation Specialist - CRM to drive CRM implementation projects across healthcare clients. You will conduct remote training, go-live support, and post-go-live optimization following Nextech CRM’s standard methodology.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Healthcare IT CRM projects, strong communication skills, and experience with GoHighLevel. The role supports remote delivery across the U.S. and requires HIPAA awareness.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry, specifically CRM software implementation.

Responsabilités

• Train clients in Go-Live and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Investigate client issues during implementation and optimize workflows.
• Provide remote training and ensure compliance with HIPAA and related regulations.
