Nextech Systems is seeking an Implementation Specialist - CRM to lead CRM implementation activities, remote super-user training, go-live support, and post-go-live optimization. You will conduct training calls, guide staff, and resolve issues while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and industry regulations.

Responsibilities include issue investigation, problem solving, and collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years in Healthcare IT CRM implementation.
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Train clients for Go-Live events per Nextech CRM implementation methodology.
• Conduct practice assessments and workflow analyses.
• Instruct clinical and non-clinical staff on software use.
• Manage client communications and update project progress.
• Identify workflow improvements post go-live.
