You will analyze credentialing, licensing, onboarding workflows, and documentation requirements to ensure safe, compliant placements at scale.

The role involves translating customer and regulatory needs into standardized processes, identifying risks, and developing playbooks.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing credentialing and onboarding in healthcare settings
• Ability to map licensing, background checks, and immunization requirements
• Strong documentation and quality-control mindset
• Cross-functional collaboration across business development and engineering

Responsibilities

• Research and document healthcare facility credentialing and onboarding requirements
• Analyze licensing, certification, background-check, competency, immunization, training, and documentation requirements applicable to healthcare workforce placement
• Build standardized credentialing and compliance workflows for Winixx Health
• Map facility-specific requirements and identify differences across organizations and states
• Work with Business Development to understand customer onboarding and vendor requirements
• Identify operational risks before workers are placed into customer environments
• Establish documentation standards and quality-control procedures
• Develop processes for tracking worker credentials, expirations, renewals, and facility-specific qualifications
• Translate customer compliance requirements into product and engineering requirements
• Support the development of facility onboarding workflows and operational playbooks
• Research applicable regulatory and workforce requirements and upscale material compliance issues appropriately
• Maintain documentation and audit
