Winixx Inc. is a New York-based technology holding company operating a portfolio of over 35 SaaS platforms across freight, financial infrastructure, workforce technology, market intelligence, and other underserved industries. Winixx Health is building a healthcare workforce platform focused on making supplemental clinical staffing more predictable, accessible, measurable, and operationally efficient. We are approaching healthcare workforce problems as an operating problem rather than simply another staffing marketplace — identifying where staffing demand exists, understanding how healthcare organizations make workforce decisions, building relationships with the people responsible for those decisions, and developing technology and workforce infrastructure that can solve those problems at scale. This is an early-stage, high-ownership environment. You will not be hired to wait for instructions from the CEO. You will be given an important problem to solve and expected to figure out how to solve it.
The Healthcare Operations & Compliance Analyst builds the operational foundation required to safely and reliably place healthcare professionals into healthcare environments. You will analyze facility requirements, credentialing processes, licensing and documentation requirements, onboarding workflows, and operational risks. Your work will translate healthcare customer requirements into processes and product requirements that can eventually scale across thousands of facilities.
