About Winixx

Winixx Inc. is a New York-based technology holding company operating a portfolio of over 35 SaaS platforms across freight, financial infrastructure, workforce technology, market intelligence, and other underserved industries. Winixx Health is building a healthcare workforce platform focused on making supplemental clinical staffing more predictable, accessible, measurable, and operationally efficient. We are approaching healthcare workforce problems as an operating problem rather than simply another staffing marketplace — identifying where staffing demand exists, understanding how healthcare organizations make workforce decisions, building relationships with the people responsible for those decisions, and developing technology and workforce infrastructure that can solve those problems at scale. This is an early-stage, high-ownership environment. You will not be hired to wait for instructions from the CEO. You will be given an important problem to solve and expected to figure out how to solve it.

Role Summary

The Healthcare Market Intelligence Analyst builds the intelligence foundation behind Winixx Health's national market strategy. You will research healthcare organizations, ownership structures, facility networks, workforce models, staffing practices, contingent labor usage, decision-makers, procurement structures, and expansion activity. Your work will determine which organizations Winixx Health pursues, who we contact, why we contact them, and what problem we believe we can solve.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of US healthcare organizations and facilities
• Research hospitals, health systems, skilled nursing organizations, assisted living groups, behavioral health organizations, home health providers, outpatient organizations, and other healthcare employers
• Identify parent companies, ownership structures, PE sponsors, management organizations, subsidiaries, and facility relationships
• Map organizational decision-makers across HR, staffing, clinical operations, procurement, finance, compliance, and executive leadership
• Research contingent workforce models, staffing agency relationships, travel staffing usage, and other supplemental labor signals
• Identify organizational growth, expansion, acquisitions, closures, workforce shortages, and other relevant market signals
• Develop account profiles containing actionable intelligence rather than generic company information
• Create and maintain opportunity scores for prospective organizations
• Identify patterns across markets and facility types that can inform Winixx Health strategy
• Support executive outreach by providing concise, account-specific intelligence and hypotheses
• Validate assumptions through public research, industry sources, organizational materials, and direct conversations
• Continuously improve the quality, completeness, and usefulness of the Winixx Health market intelligence system
• Produce weekly intelligence reports highlighting emerging opportunities, market changes, and recommended actions

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in market intelligence, research, business analysis, healthcare research, consulting, investment research, or a related field
• Strong research and investigative skills
• Ability to identify relationships between organizations, ownership structures, executives, and operating entities
• Excellent ability to distinguish useful intelligence from superficial information
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience using public databases, company filings, professional networks, industry sources, and research tools
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into concise, actionable conclusions
• Strong written communication skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Comfortable working independently with broad objectives rather than detailed instructions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Research, or a related field

Individual pay within the posted range is determined by a candidate's demonstrated experience, educational background, skill set, and geographic location. Final compensation is established at the time of offer and may fall anywhere within the stated range based on these factors.

Compensation ranges reflect national US market data and are subject to change. Additional forms of compensation may include performance bonuses, equity participation, and other benefits as outlined in your offer documentation.

This position is remote within the United States. Team members are expected to participate in periodic in-person operating sessions and travel when required by customer, partner, or business needs.
