Winixx Health is seeking a Chief Health Systems & Operations Officer to transform our health architecture into a scalable, reliable operation. You will own center development, workforce models, and national service delivery, coordinating clinical, technology, and finance leadership.

The role demands strong strategic design, capacity planning, and execution of cross-functional programs, with a competitive base salary and a performance bonus. Hybrid work from Atlanta is included.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating complex systems in health or related fields.
• Ability to translate strategy into repeatable operating procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Experience leading large teams, facilities, or programs is valuable.

Responsabilités

• Design operating model for Winixx Health centers.
• Establish standardized workflows for intake, screening, and follow-up.
• Develop national facility and infrastructure requirements.
• Create staffing models and workforce planning.
• Build operational quality standards and dashboards.
• Coordinate facilities, equipment, supply chains, and tech.
• Launch and expand new markets with scalable procedures.
• Draft scalable operating procedures for national use.
• Identify bottlenecks and design elimination systems.
• Collaborate across clinical, lab, technology, and finance leadership.
• Set accountability metrics and performance dashboards.
