Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years in IT operations, application support or healthcare technology.
• Experience leading employees or supervisory roles.
• HIPAA compliance training or credential.
• Experience with remote teams and distributed workforce.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to explain technical information to users with varying knowledge.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, compliance and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a remote team of IT training and application support specialists.
• Manage workloads, schedules, priorities, and monitor performance.
• Develop, configure, test, and deliver IT and healthcare application training programs.
• Ensure new and existing employees receive consistent, accurate training.
• Support application readiness, system stability, data integrity, and end-user adoption.
• Coordinate training for system implementations, upgrades, workflow changes, and initiatives.
• Partner with clinical, operational, compliance, and technical leaders to identify training needs.
• Maintain training materials, SOPs, knowledge-base articles, workflows, and documentation.
• Review recurring issues and improve processes to reduce errors and improve end-user experience.
• Track performance metrics, service levels, training completion, and trends.
• Promote a service-first culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and improvement.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in all activities and escalate complex concerns as needed.
• Perform additional IT leadership and support responsibilities as assigned.
