Job summary

SharpeVision is seeking an experienced IT professional to deliver company-wide technology support for all clinics. This ongoing contractor role primarily serves remote sites in Illinois, Texas, Ohio and Washington (Bellevue/Renton) with on-site availability as needed.

You will manage hardware, software, network connectivity, and security in a healthcare setting, with a focus on HIPAA compliance and EHR management. Collaboration with vendors and clinical staff is essential for reliable service.

Qualifications

• Healthcare IT experience in a regulated environment is preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems and medical device integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Google Suite, active directory, and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and peripherals.
• Provision, configure, and troubleshoot EHR user accounts and access permissions; support software integrations.
• Maintain Google Suite configuration, archiving, security and backups; ensure PHI safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Troubleshoot VOIP systems and assist with software integrations; coordinate with vendors for issues.
• Support medical imaging servers and medical devices; assist with license renewals and upgrades.
