Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter III to identify, attract and engage qualified candidates for IT and healthcare administrative roles.

You will ensure a high-quality candidate experience, support hiring managers, and maintain compliant recruitment processes across a remote nationwide workflow. The role requires 3+ years of recruiting, strong sourcing and communication skills, and a solid grasp of healthcare revenue cycle and billing workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in healthcare admin, HIT, HIM or RCM.
• Experience screening for technical competency in billing and coding.
• Knowledge of employment laws, compliance and ethical recruiting.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, hiring recommendations.
• Maintain compliant candidate documentation in the ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
• Promote the company’s mission, values and culture.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and candidate logistics.
• Maintain timely statuses of candidates in the ATS.
