Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter III for a remote-based role with nationwide location flexibility. You will drive full-cycle recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring recommendations for IT and healthcare administrative roles.

You will partner with hiring managers, maintain compliant candidate documentation in the ATS, and promote our mission and culture in every interaction while supporting process improvements and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in healthcare administrative services, revenue cycle management (RCM), HIT, and HIM roles.
• Experience screening, interviewing and making hiring recommendations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle: patient access, coding, billing, denials, and collections.
• Ability to screen for technical competency in ICD10CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS, and payer environments.
• Proven success managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Advanced sourcing using Boolean, passive outreach, and talent mapping.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and compliant candidate documentation in the ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruitment strategies.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Promote Signature Performance's mission, values, and culture in all candidate and client interactions.
• Participate in continuous process improvements and recruitment-related initiatives.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate logistics.
• Maintain timely statuses of candidates and requisitions in the ATS.
• May represent Signature Performance at career events as assigned.
• Other duties may be assigned.
