Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruiter III for a fully remote role, nationwide. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and healthcare administrative roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while supporting hiring managers with effective strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in healthcare admin, RCM, HIT, HIM.
• Experience recruiting for roles: FollowUp AR, Cash Posting, Billing, Coders, Revenue Cycle Managers.
• Familiarity with end-to-end revenue cycle processes and payer environments.
• Ability to screen candidates for technical competency (ICD10CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS).
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Proficiency with ATS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain accurate candidate documentation in the ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies.
• Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Promote Signature Performance's mission, values, and culture in all interactions.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate logistics.
• Maintain timely statuses of candidates and requisitions in the ATS.
