Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter III to identify, attract, and engage qualified IT and healthcare administrative professionals nationwide. You will ensure a top-tier candidate experience, align with hiring managers, and maintain compliant recruitment processes.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, coordinate interviews, and represent our mission and culture at career events. The role emphasizes diversity, ethics, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Healthcare administrative services, RCM, HIT, and HIM roles recruiting experience.
• Experience screening candidates for ICD10CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS basics.
• Experience filling senior-level roles.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle.
• Proficiency with common office software (email, spreadsheets, calendars).
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and ethical recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviewing, and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and compliant candidate documentation in the ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruitment strategies.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Promote Signature Performance's mission, values, and culture in all candidate and client interactions.
• Participate in continuous process improvement efforts and recruitment-related initiatives.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate logistics.
• Maintains timely and accurate statuses of candidates and requisitions in the ATS.
• May represent Signature Performance at career events as assigned.
• Other duties may be assigned.
