Job summary
Lumeris is hiring an Implementation Director to lead end-to-end implementations of Tom within health systems. You will own timelines, milestones, and cross-functional coordination across clinical, technical, and operational teams, ensuring operational readiness and a successful transition to Customer Success.
The role requires strategic leadership beyond project management, coaching teams, and guiding implementation models to improve deployment outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 12+ years in PMO/Healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Owns end-to-end implementations from kickoff to go-live.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across clinical, technical, and operational areas.
- Configure platform and integrations; train customer teams.
- Ensure operational readiness and smooth transition to Customer Success.
- Lead risk management and issue resolution across programs.
- Develop and maintain implementation models and templates.
- Provide program updates and manage timelines and budgets.
- Foster collaboration with internal/external clients and partners.
- Travel 10-25% to client sites as needed.
- Mentor and coach team members across functions.
