Job summary

Lumeris Inc. is seeking an Implementation Director to lead end-to-end implementations of Tom in health systems. You will own timelines, milestones, and cross-functional coordination across clinical, technical, and operational teams, configuring integrations and training customer teams.

The role requires strategic leadership beyond project management, coaching teams, managing risks, and ensuring a smooth transition to Customer Success, with a focus on delivering value-based care at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 12+ years in PMO or healthcare consulting.
• Experience overseeing large, complex health plan programs or projects.
• Strong executive presence and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, Scrum and Six Sigma.
• Ability to translate business problems into actionable programs.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Travel flexibility 10–25% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Configure platform integrations and train customer teams.
• Ensure operational readiness and transition to Customer Success.
• Lead cross-functional teams across clinical, technical, and operational areas.
• Manage timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk mitigations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop project teams and client SMEs.
• Report deviations and drive positive resolutions.
• Institute program management processes and continuous improvements.
