Job summary
Lumeris is seeking a Field Solutions Engineer to partner with Sales and translate our AI capabilities (Tom) into clinically meaningful, operationally viable solutions. You will explore workflows, data architectures, and stakeholder priorities to define high-impact use cases and ensure long-term delivery success.
You will deliver customized demonstrations, blueprint deployment plans, and ROI-focused value cases while coordinating with Growth, Implementation, and Finance teams to drive customer
Qualifications
- 7+ years in healthcare solution engineering, clinical transformation, or healthcare SaaS sales.
- Deep understanding of provider/payer economics and health system priorities.
- Ability to engage executives, clinicians, and technical practitioners; discuss APIs and EHR workflows.
- Track record in enterprise sales cycles with custom technical/clinical strategies.
- Strong presentation, facilitation and storytelling skills to convey value.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to uncover workflows, pain points, and data constraints.
- Deliver engaging demos and workshops showing Tom-enabled future care delivery.
- Co-create POVs and blueprints with deployment, integration, and pilot parameters.
- Develop value hypotheses, ROI models, and contribute to RFIs/RFPs and DDQs.
- Ensure smooth handoffs to implementation and customer success teams.
