Job summary

Lumeris is seeking a Field Solutions Engineer to be the primary technical partner for customer pursuits, supporting 2 to 3 Sales Leaders and translating the Tom AI platform into tailored, clinically meaningful solutions across workflows and data architectures.

You will lead discovery, map requirements to use cases, deliver customized demonstrations, and collaborate with Growth to craft POVs and deployment blueprints.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare solution engineering, clinical transformation, healthcare consulting, technical pre-sales, or healthcare SaaS sales.
• Strong ability to engage executives, clinicians, and technical practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with clinical, technical, and operational leaders to uncover workflows and pain points.
• Map client requirements to viable Tom use cases and define how the platform addresses needs.
• Deliver engaging, workflow-oriented demonstrations; facilitate Tom Immersion Studio experiences.
• Co-create deal-specific POVs and customized solution blueprints for pilots and deployments.
• Prepare and contribute to RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires; support internal knowledge bases.
• Ensure smooth handoffs from Sales to Implementation and Customer Success.
