Job summary

Lucem Health Inc. is seeking a Technical Implementation Analyst for remote work to support technical implementations of AI-driven healthcare solutions at health system sites.

The ideal candidate bridges customer-facing program management with technical execution, with 1–2 years of experience. You will configure, test, and launch Lucem’s platforms, interfacing with development teams and customers to ensure correct deployment and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience working with health care data.
• Written SQL queries for data analysis, reporting, or transformations.
• Experience manipulating CSV data and performing basic Python data tasks.
• Proficient with Excel for data analysis.
• Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders to define tasks and requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Healthcare Informatics, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own technical configuration and testing of Lucem’s technologies at health systems, including infrastructure setup and onboarding with Customer Success.
• Coordinate with software development to report issues and propose onboarding improvements.
• Meet with customers to understand their systems and correctly configure the platform for their implementation.
• Produce internal reports to communicate the state of customer implementation to stakeholders.
