Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher from an accredited institution with four years of experience in Health Information Project Management.
• High School Diploma/GED or higher with at least six years of equivalent Health Information Project Management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management in Health Information and/or IT.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a central point of contact for the project, coordinating resources, client and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs; define expected outcomes and deliverables with clients.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report performance using appropriate tools.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and escalate to management as needed.
• Maintain relationships with clients and all stakeholders and with third parties/vendors.
• Comply with Solventum values, policies, and procedures.
