Revecore is seeking an Event Setup Specialist to evaluate incoming data, update patient records, and determine next steps for each event. You will interact with data in paper, fax, and electronic formats while maintaining strict confidentiality and QA standards.

You will work from a quiet home office, with reliable internet, and handle a variety of data formats under state and contractual requirements, supporting hospitals nationwide.

Qualificações

• Able to type 35 WPM with minimal errors.
• Effective communication with internal customers.
• Highly organized with a systematic task approach.
• Enter and process large amounts of information quickly and accurately.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Understand MRA departments and information needs.
• Alter workflow per client/state requirements.
• Know payer hierarchies and patient accounting basics.
• Proficient with MS Office; learn new systems quickly.
• Comfortable with printers, scanners, and in-house tech.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate incoming data and identify leads and other important information.
• Enter relevant new information into the patient record.
• Synthesize information and determine additional data needs and next steps.
• Interact with data in paper, fax, and electronic formats.
• Consistently meet production standards and QA requirements.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
• Maintain confidential information and PHI in compliance with law.
• Do not access data unrelated to job duties at Revecore.
