Job summary

Revecore is hiring an Event Setup Specialist to evaluate data from medical providers, update patient records, and determine next steps for event work. The role requires careful data handling, strong organizational skills, and reliability.

You will interact with diverse data formats, maintain confidentiality, and support QA standards while working from home within the United States. A dedicated home setup and secure connection are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to type 35 WPM with minimal errors.
• Strong communication with internal customers.
• Highly organized with a systematic approach to tasks.
• Ability to enter and process large amounts of information quickly and accurately.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Understand department needs and information requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming documents and data from medical providers and identify leads and important information.
• Enter relevant new information into patient records.
• Synthesize available information and determine what information is needed and next steps.
• Interact with data in paper, fax, and electronic formats.
• Meet production standards and QA requirements.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and PHI; do not access unrelated data or disclose PHI.
