Job summary

Revecore is seeking an Event Setup Specialist to evaluate and process incoming data, update patient records, and determine next steps for events. The role requires efficient data entry, strong organization, and the ability to work with diverse data formats from paper to electronic systems.

You will interact with internal customers, adhere to QA standards, and handle confidential information with care, while adapting workflows to client state requirements and payer hierarchies.

Qualifications

• Typist with 35 WPM accuracy and minimal errors.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal customers.
• Strong organization and methodical task execution.
• Fast entry of large information with high accuracy.
• Reliable, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of MRA departments and data needs.
• Ability to adjust workflow per client state requirements.
• Knowledge of auto and health payers and patient accounting hierarchy.
• Comfort with printers, scanners, and in-house systems.
• Willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming data and identify leads and information for the event.
• Enter new information into the patient record.
• Synthesize information and determine next steps.
• Interact with data in paper, fax, and electronic formats.
