Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming documents and data from medical providers and identify key leads.

• Synthesize information to determine next steps per contract/state requirements.
• Interact with data in paper, fax, and electronic formats.
• Meet production standards and QA requirements.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
