Revecore is hiring an Event Setup Specialist to evaluate incoming provider data, identify key information, and update patient records in AcciClaim. You will determine next steps based on contracts and state requirements while handling data from paper, fax, and electronic sources.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, can process large amounts of data quickly with minimal errors, and can learn new systems. This is a work-from-home role requiring a quiet, secure setup in the United States.

Formación

• Typist with 35 WPM or faster and minimal errors.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal customers.
• Highly organized with a systematic approach to tasks.
• Ability to process large amounts of information quickly with accuracy.
• Willingness and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate incoming data and identify leads and relevant information for the event.
• Enter new information into patient records accurately.
• Determine additional information needed and next steps based on contractual/state requirements.
• Interact with data across paper, fax, and electronic formats.
• Meet production standards and QA requirements.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
• Protect confidentiality and PHI; avoid accessing unrelated data.
