Revecore is seeking an Event Setup Specialist to evaluate incoming documents from medical providers, update patient records in AcciClaim, and determine next steps based on contracts and state requirements. This role supports hospitals by ensuring accurate data processing and compliant workflows.

You will interact with paper, fax, and electronic data, maintain confidentiality, meet QA standards, and complete special projects as needed in a work-from-home environment across the United States.

Qualifications

• Type 35 WPM with minimal errors.
• Communicate effectively with internal customers.
• Be highly organized and follow a systematic method.
• Enter and process large amounts of information quickly with minimal errors.
• Be reliable, dependable and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Understand MRA departments and information needs.
• Alter workflow per client contractual/state requirements.
• Work knowledge of payer hierarchies in health and auto payers.
• Adapt to abstract and detailed information levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and WordPerfect; learn new systems quickly.
• Comfortable with printers, scanners, postage machines, scales, mail sorters; in-house systems.

• Evaluate incoming documents and identify key leads and information.

• Synthesize data and determine additional information and next steps.
