Revecore is hiring an Event Setup Specialist who will evaluate data from medical providers, enter information into AcciClaim, and determine next steps based on contracts and state requirements. You will handle data from paper, fax, and electronic sources and ensure accurate patient records while adhering to privacy and QA standards.

The role emphasizes organization, reliability, and the ability to adapt workflows to client needs while working remotely from home in the United States.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of 35 WPM with high accuracy.
• Effective communication with internal customers.
• Highly organized with a systematic approach.
• Ability to process large amounts of information quickly with minimal errors.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Understand MRA departments and information needs.
• Ability to alter workflow per client contracts and state requirements.
• Knowledge of auto and health payers and patient accounting hierarchy.
• Ability to adapt between big-picture and detail work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and WordPerfect; willingness to learn new systems.
• Comfort with printer, scanner, postage machines, scales, mail sorters, and in-house systems.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate incoming data and identify leads and information important to the event.
• Enter new incoming information into patient records.
• Synthesize information and determine additional data needs and next steps.
• Interact with data in paper, fax, and electronic formats.
• Consistently meet production standards and QA requirements.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of information learned at Revecore.
• Do not access or disclose PHI in violation of law.
