Job summary

Vituity is seeking a remote Business and Data Analyst to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Power Platform solutions that empower stakeholders with self-service insights. You will design metrics and reports around the financial and operational performance of new products and services, and collaborate with leaders to capture data definitions and quality rules.

The role requires 1–3 years in data analysis, proficiency in Power BI and Power Platform, and the ability to translate business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 1–3 years in data analysis or healthcare-focused programs.
• Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query/M, data modeling) and Power Platform preferred.
• Experience with AI and intelligent automation to accelerate analysis preferred.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, Power Platform solutions, and other tools for stakeholder self-service.
• Design and develop metrics and reports on financial and operational performance of new products and services.
• Consult with stakeholders to capture and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.
• Create clear, relevant reports and dashboards for leaders on financial and operational performance metrics.
• Maintain high data quality and reliability feeding into reports and dashboards.
