Job summary

Privia Health is seeking a Data Analyst to empower clients with data-driven decisions across financial, operational, and clinical initiatives. You will design and develop reports, dashboards, and models, and work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include building data infrastructure, performing ad-hoc analyses across pop health, revenue cycle, payer contracting, and finance, and ingesting data via ETL and APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience querying SQL databases.
• 1+ years of experience with Python or R for data analysis and ETL automation.
• 1+ years of experience with healthcare concepts and/or data.
• Expert Excel and ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations.
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Build data infrastructure for reporting including data extraction, transformation, wrangling and mining.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses across pop health, revenue cycle, payer contracting and finance.
• Ingest data into Privia Data Warehouse using ETL tools and APIs.
• Collaborate with population health teams to improve outcomes and savings.
• Independently extract and transform data and convey key findings to leadership.
• Design safeguards to improve data validity and prevent future issues.
• Identify opportunities and develop tools to improve health outcomes.
• Set standards for data architecture and model creation.
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements.
• Manage multiple priorities within an agile framework and meet timelines.
