Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a senior BI professional to design and maintain dashboards and data models across Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable reporting, and maintain critical integrations between Workday and Kantata to ensure accurate project profitability reporting.

The role is full-time and telecommute, with national travel as needed. A Master’s in Business Analytics and 3+ years of hands-on BI experience are required.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Master's degree in Business Analytics or related field.
• At least 3 years developing dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, with DAX and data modeling.
• 3+ years Excel, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
• 3+ years SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience translating requirements into data models and reports.
• Experience with PSA tools and enterprise data environments.

Responsibilities

• Interact with business stakeholders to define BI reporting requirements.
• Design, develop and maintain data models, dashboards and ETL processes.
• Develop reporting in Power BI and Excel from PSA data.
• Maintain Workday–Kantata integrations and data accuracy.
• Monitor data quality and respond to SLAs with proactive fixes.
• Provide ad hoc data pulls/exports and actionable insights.
