Vituity is seeking a Remote/Data Analyst to develop Power BI dashboards and Power Platform solutions that empower stakeholders with self-service analytics. You will design reports on financial and operational performance and collaborate with leaders to translate business needs into data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes data quality, definitions, and scalable reporting across multiple practices, with strong collaboration in a flexible, nationwide remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Health, Technology, or equivalent.
• 1-3 years in data analysis or healthcare-focused programs.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform preferred.
• Experience with AI tools to accelerate analysis/automation preferred.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Power Platform solutions.
• Design metrics and reports on financial and operational performance.
• Capture and document data definitions, rules, and data quality requirements.
• Create reports for leaders on performance metrics and trends.
• Lead ad hoc data requests and support financial tracking and invoicing.
