Qualifications

• 6 months or more of customer service experience.
• Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer experience.
• High speed internet (> 15 Mbps).
• Wired USB headset preferred; Bluetooth headsets may not be used.
• Smartphone or other device with iOS/Android for login.
